Tim Anderson, M.D. is a Managing Director in Americas Equity Research covering US Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies, both large-cap and small-cap. He has been a sell-side equity research analyst for more than 25 years and has ranked in the top three in Institutional Investor surveys for most of the last 15 years. Previously, he spent 6 years at Wolfe Research, 11 years at Bernstein Research, and 9 years at Prudential Equity Group. He is a licensed physician, having done residency training at Harvard Medical School’s major teaching hospitals. He received his M.D. and M.B.A. from The University of Chicago, along with a Certificate in Health Administration & Policy; and he studied Biochemistry and English literature at the University of California, Davis.
