Emerging Treatments
Watch Panel HereLung cancer is the third most common cancer in the U.S. and the leading cause of cancer death. While much therapeutic development is underway, insights from lung cancer research may also benefit other solid tumors. This session will explore the evolving treatment landscape: including bispecific antibodies (e.g., PD-1 x VEGF, EGFR x MET, PD-1 x TIGIT); novel ADCs (e.g. TROP-2 class of agents), checkpoint inhibitors beyond PD-1/-L1 and CTLA-4, such as TIGIT, LAG-3, and TIM-3; and late-stage cancer vaccines.
