Dr. Baden is Director of the Center for Clinical Investigation at Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) and Director of Infectious Diseases at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI). Dr. Baden’s research interests focus on early stage vaccine development and the development of novel diagnostics and therapeutics for fungal and viral diseases that affect transplant and cancer patients disproportionately. In addition, he is the Program Director for the Hub and Network elements of Harvard Catalyst at Harvard Medical School, a Deputy Editor at New England Journal of Medicine, and Chair of the Antimicrobial Drug Advisory Committee (AMDAC) for the US FDA.
