Roman Camarda is a Principal in the Novo Holdings Venture Investments team. Roman joined Novo Holdings in 2022 as Senior Associate. Previously, Roman was a Vice President at Aquilo Capital Management where he focused on publicly traded biotech companies. Earlier, Roman was Lead Translational Scientist at the Buck Institute where he worked with the business development office to create and incubate biotech start-ups. Roman holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from University of California, San Francisco, and a BS in Biochemistry and BFA in Photomedia from University of Washington.
