O’Neil Britton, MD currently serves as the chief integration officer and executive vice president at Mass General Brigham. Previously, Dr. Britton was the associate chief operating officer and senior vice president of operations at Mass General Brigham. Over the past 25 years, he has held numerous leadership roles at Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, and the system (at the time known as Partners HealthCare). Dr. Britton was born in Kingston, Jamaica and immigrated to Brooklyn, New York where he attended City College of New York and subsequently, Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. He completed his internal medicine residency and the Deland Fellowship in healthcare management at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
