Keith Kerman, MD is a Senior Advisor and Operating Partner with The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm focused on middle market growth businesses.

Dr. Kerman has been an executive, investor, and board member at numerous healthcare businesses and organizations. Prior to joining Riverside, he was a General Partner with Morgenthaler Ventures and a divisional president at US Healthcare. Dr. Kerman was a member of the clinical faculty of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a Senior Fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute for Health Economics at The Wharton School.  He has an AB and an MD from Brown University and an MBA from Wharton.

Dr. Kerman is executive chairman of the board of directors at CodaMetrix, a healthcare AI SaaS technology company. He was recently chairman of Greenphire, a provider of clinical trial financial workflow software and was on the board of the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS).  He currently serves on the Mass General Brigham Innovation Growth Board, the Cleveland Clinic Innovations Advisory Council, and as chairman of the Brown University Advisory Council on Biology and Medicine.
