Jason Gerberry is a Managing Director on the US Specialty Pharma and Smid Cap Biotech equity research teams. Gerberry joined the firm in August 2017, prior to which he was a senior analyst at Leerink from 2011-17 and an associate analyst on the pharmaceutical equity research team (2009-11). In each of the last four years he has ranked in the Institutional Investor All-America Research Poll for Specialty Pharma, ranking third in 2021-23. Gerberry has also been a meaningful contributor to the BofA SMID Biotech team, which has ranked Runner Up in each of the last three II polls (2021-23). He started his career in pharma strategy consulting at Defined Health (2004-06) and further refined his understanding of the biopharma industry working at Forest Laboratories on the New Product License and Acquisition team (2006-08). From 2000-04, Gerberry studied at Case Western Reserve University where he earned dual Juris Doctor and MBA degrees. He is based in New York.
