Emma joined the Mass General Brigham Investment Office as CIO in 2023 following a decade on the investment team at MIT Investment Management Company.

Prior to joining MITIMCo, Emma was an associate at THL Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm. She started her career as an investment banking analyst in the Natural Resources Group at Goldman Sachs.

Emma completed her undergraduate studies at Middlebury College and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
