Anthony Yu is a Managing Director at Bank of America, focusing on life sciences (biopharma) investment banking.  He has 10 years of healthcare investment banking experience advising large pharma and innovative biotech clients. His transaction experience spans late-stage private financings, IPOs and equity follow-ons, convertible notes, and debt, as well as M&A and strategic collaborations, including joint ventures and licensing transactions. Prior to investment banking, Anthony led teams in corporate finance and strategic development for DaVita, a Fortune 500 healthcare services provider. Anthony holds a BS in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from UCLA and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
