Anne Oxrider is a Senior Vice President and Benefits Executive for Bank of America, responsible for designing wellness programs to support the physical and emotional health of employees globally, with a primary focus on over 400,000 U.S. employees and family members.

Anne joined NationsBank (a predecessor to Bank of America) in 1993 as a management associate in Charlotte, North Carolina. She worked in Baltimore, Maryland and San Francisco, California, on merger and acquisition teams and managed the Management Associate Program for the company’s Technology & Operations division prior to assuming roles in Global Human Resources. Before joining the Benefits team, Anne’s primary role in Global HR was leadership and employee engagement for Global HR initiatives and programs worldwide.

Anne earned her B.A. from Bucknell University. She resides in Charlotte, N.C., with her husband. They have three daughters.
