Adam Harpool is a Principal in Oliver Wyman’s Health and Life Sciences practice, based in New York and California.  He is additionally aligned to Oliver Wyman Digital.  Adam has 15 years of experience leading teams at the intersection of digital and health, with an extensive focus on IT strategy, enterprise architecture, digital-led product innovation, healthcare interoperability, Agile methodologies, and digital operating model design.  Earlier in his career he worked in IT risk consulting.  Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Adam served as Corporate Vice President – Strategic Capabilities at a Fortune 500 financial services firm, where he led efforts related to digital health data strategy and insurance innovation / InsureTech.  Adam is a Boardroom Certified Qualified Technology Expert (QTE) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).  He also holds the Associate, Life Management Institute (ALMI), ITIL v4 Foundation, and Network+ credentials.  Adam holds an MBA in corporate finance from Columbia Business School, an MS in information systems from Carnegie Mellon, and a BS in decision science and French from the University of Florida, where he completed the Honors Program.  He speaks conversational French.
