Watch Panel HereThis session will focus on a critical biological process that is easy to overlook, and which explicitly affects each of the above topics and more -- that process is sleep, the quality and quantity of which plays an overriding role in human health and well-being. The panel will unwrap parts of this very complex process and highlight the key features that add to or detract from our ability to work, think, and generally how we feel. It will also describe the direction of innovation in sleep maintenance and improvement by software, devices or therapeutics and promising domains where advances are expected.
