He believes stakeholders, like those at the Forum, will combine their unique perspectives and capabilities, to improve the fundamental performance of the healthcare system and drive innovation.
Amid the ongoing buzz around artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare, Chaguturu offers this perspective: “…it’s not that artificial intelligence itself will replace what we do in a face-to-face relationship, but when we bring these two things together — data and analytics and artificial intelligence alongside human-centered care, we can be better than what we are today.” He notes tremendous opportunity to utilize these technological advancements to bridge the gaps in care quality, accessibility, and exceeding the limitations of the current healthcare landscape.
