Carolyn Cuff leads the Translational Immunology Department based in Worcester, MA. The mission of the Translational Immunology group is to define non-invasive biomarkers to enable progression of projects in clinical development as well as the molecular characterization of disease phenotypes required for precision medicine approaches. Prior to taking on this role, Carolyn was a Discovery Project Director leading the progression of ABT-122, a bispecific anti-TNF/IL-17 DVD-Ig for the treatment of inflammatory diseases as well as ABT-308 (now RPC4046) an anti-IL-13 monoclonal antibody under investigation for the treatment of eosinophilic esophagitis. Carolyn received her doctorate in Immunology and Pathology from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1996, with post-doctoral fellowships at Yale University and the Wistar Institute.
